Located 22km south of Kathmandu, this temple dedicated to Goddess Kali offers a glimpse into living Hindu traditions. Visit on Tuesday or Saturday to witness special ceremonies.

Budhanilkantha Temple

Home to a massive reclining Vishnu statue, this temple showcases incredible stone carving. The 5-meter long stone deity appears to float in a reclined pool, creating a mystical atmosphere.
